Do you offer custom orders?

  • We'd love to help you with a custom order. Please contact us with more details!
Do you offer rush orders?
  • Contact us when you'll need your order and we'll let you know if we can accommodate a shortened timeline! Rush order fees will apply.

SHIPPING

How long will it take to receive my order?

  • Our lead time is 1-3 business days for regular order. For custom and personalized order our lead time is 2 weeks. When your order is complete you will receive an email with your tracking number. Once your order has been marked shipped it's officially in the USPS hands! Because of this we can not guarantee the exact date your order will arrive to you, but note that we are doing our best! Please keep the estimated time in mind when purchasing!

I entered the incorrect shipping address. What should I do?

  • All orders will be shipped to the address provided during checkout. If the address is incorrect and your order is still in processing, email us right away at raymartful@gmail.com to see if we can adjust it. If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the buyer will be responsible for all related fees for the return and re-shipping of the item.

My package says that it has been delivered but I have not received it. Where is my package?

  • It's our responsibility to ship out your package in a timely manner. Once your tracking statement states that your order has been delivered, there is very little in our control. Please contact the shipping agency USPS to locate your package.

    Do you offers returns?

    • Due to the nature of these handmade and personalized products, we do not accept cancellations or returns. Please double check our processing times & make sure your order details are correct before purchasing.

    I received the incorrect item. What should I do?

    • If you received an incorrect item or an item with incorrect personalization details, please contact us right away so we can make it right! Customer satisfaction is our biggest priority. If there is an issue, we want to make sure it is resolved and you are happy with your purchase!
